Customized Training Solutions Tailored to Meet Your Organization’s Unique Needs

At Rudder Consulting, we are dedicated to inspiring and empowering healthy high performance. Our services are designed to drive tangible outcomes, including enhanced empowerment, improved relationships, culture, and employee engagement.

Gap Analysis

Understanding the current and desired culture of your organization is crucial to identifying areas for improvement. Through a comprehensive gap analysis, we delve into what keeps you awake at night, exploring factors such as employee perceptions, engagement scores, and mission alignment. Our goal is to pinpoint the gaps and develop tailored solutions to bridge them.

Coaching & Consulting

Our coaching and consulting services are where problems meet solutions. We begin with a meet and greet session to discuss your objectives and explore how our services align with your needs. Following this, we conduct a thorough gap analysis to understand the culture gap and propose a customized training solution aligned with your budget and objectives. We then facilitate the training and provide support for evaluation and sustainability efforts that may include building your internal capability via mentoring and coaching.

Trainings, Workshops, Keynotes & Webinars

Specializing in corporate training, personal, and professional development, we create a relaxed and psychologically safe environment for introspection. Through evidence-based principles and experiential learning activities, participants become more self-aware of factors impacting resilience, energy, and performance. Our topics include personal and team resilience, navigating change, stress management, and more.

The term VUCA was coined in the late 1980’s but is as relevant today as ever. VUCA = volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. It’s a hallmark of many workplaces, marketplaces and even the global economy. ► Cultivating Psychological Safety

Psychological Safety is, “the belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes, and the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking” (Amy Edmondson). It’s not a perk or a bolt on. Rather, it’s foundational for innovative risk taking, effective DEIB strategies, and more effective teamwork and performance.

In this program, participants will learn about evidenced based techniques for cultivating Psychological Safety. In small and large group discussions, participants will discuss and apply seminal research to their unique circumstances. They will leave with a common understanding of what psychological safety is and, most importantly, inspiration and evidenced based techniques to cultivate it.

► Mindset Matters

As far back as the Greek Philosophers, one can find musings about the power of positive thinking. Today, the fields of neuroscience and positive psychology offer us glimpses into the science behind them and provide evidence-based techniques to “rewire our brains” to be more positive.  From early origins to current thinking, participants will learn about the science, the performance benefits and leave with practical/empowering tips and techniques for curbing emotional hijackings, finding opportunity in the storms of life, and moving towards a growth mindset … especially

► Stress Management & Preventing Burnout

Let’s face it, the workplace today is volatile, and you may not even work in a “workplace.” Regardless of location, there is a culture that emerges within any team; it’s “how we work together” (…or not). Culture influences how people “feel” at work. When they think about work, do they get a pit in their stomach or are they energized and inspired? Factors like Work Demands, Culture, Relationships, Control, Management Practices, and Individual Character all play a role influencing whether we experience strain, stress, burnout or whether we thrive at work. Participants will learn about the influence of each factor, the science behind peak performance and leave with actionable insights empowering them to get out of a rut and into a groove at work.

100% of the population has mental health and approximately 20% of the population experiences a mental illness and/or are neurodiverse. Do you know the difference? Does it matter? How does it impact relationships, work, and our wellbeing? Let’s demystify how we talk about mental health and learn ways we can all improve ours and bolster that of others. Sometimes, it can be as basic as asking yourself/others, “how am I doing, really?” or “how are you doing, really?” or lastly, “how may I support you.” Participants will learn about mental health basics, available resources as well as practical ways to improve their own mental health and support others in doing the same.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jeannie .  Her experience working as a leader in a fortune 500 company is apparent as she navigates teams and individuals to make the most of any training she leads.  Her empathetic, energetic style enables participants to lean into the content.  Jeannie’s insightful questions and understanding of culture and personality create a cohesive and impactful experience.   Most notably we’ve had many participants when we’ve trained together come back to report on amazing results from their experience.   I personally always learn from Jeannie and am grateful for the way she brings out the best in me as a person and facilitator.
