Leaders-Who-Coach and Mental Health & Wellbeing
On May 24, 2023, I had the pleasure of co-hosting a webinar with my friend and colleague, Amy Grazen. Our esteemed guests were Dr. Phil Renshaw and Dr. Jenny Robinson, authors of the book, Coaching On the Go. We discussed the relationship between leaders-who-coach and mental health and wellbeing.
The visual of the webinar recording had some gremlins, so we’re sharing the audio file and a pdf of the slides. Enjoy!
Here are the Webinar Slides.
It’s also our pleasure to share “bite sized” Coaching On the Go “Behavioral Experiments” specifically aligned with promoting mental health and wellbeing.

Meeting Openers to Deepen Relationships
Humans need connection and too often, at work, we jump right into the business items on the agenda and forget the business of being human. Download this free list of questions that may be used to “check in” and connect with one another.
Books, White Papers and Article Contributions:
Professionally, I’ve contributed to white papers and research as you’ll see further below; however, I first dreamed of self-publishing in 2006 when someone asked me, “Who has had the most profound impact on shaping your life?” This question inspired me to capture and preserve my grandmother’s legacy. My dream was realized by wiping off the dust of a manuscript from 2006 and publishing it in 2022!
Most recently, an article I wrote for National Wellness Institute was published in their Journal, “Finally it feels like the tables are turning… for the good!”
